- Shipping fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.
3. Custom, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Products
Orders for personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started unless required by applicable law.

Digital downloads, software licenses, subscriptions, or other digital goods may not be cancellable once access, delivery, or download has begun, except where required by law.
