The Internal Alchemy of the “全真Quan Zhen” Complete Reality Tradition can lead us to deep realization and spiritual enlightenment, containing internal methods and external practices.

The transformation and development of our “Three Treasures” , Essence “Jing” , Energy “Qi” and Spirit “Shen”  is the fundamental goal and the variations of  methods are the tools we use to cultivate us.

This Course will teach you:

– Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the theory

– Understanding of classical texts, scriptures & maps (Nei Jing Tu,Xiu Zhen Tu, etc.)

– Basic practices & Key methods to progress in your cultivation

– Internal Alchemy, incl. ancient methods and practices, meditation, Qi Gong, incantations, applications, etc.

– How to deepen the practice and unfold within

– How to apply the cultivation in your daily life (also work-life, family-life, etc)

– Weekly 1o1 Q&A, correction and practice advice
