Wudang Hun Yuan Jin is a traditional Qi Gong method to practice the 13 cosmic circles/energies.

The 13 Energies refere to the 8 Bagua Energies: Peng, Lü , Ji, An, Cai, Lie, Zhou, Kao and the 5 Elements / Wu Xing: Qian, Hou, Zuo, You, Zhong or Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. The practice strenghtens the body and cultivate the pre-heaven Qi.
